TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. MIXED WASTE (non-recyclable) – All light general household and construction waste.

2. GREEN WASTE - Trees, shrubs, leaves, branches only - no stumps (200mm and over is considered a stump).

3. If you wish to remove soil, we can quote this specifically for your project.

4. Hire periods for all bins is seven days unless prior arrangement has been made. If a bin is kept over the week hire term, a charge of $77 per week will incur. Payment of bins is strictly prior to arriving or arrival onsite for all non-account customers only. There are no refunds once bin arrives onsite.

5. If a bin is overweight (i.e. over 800kg), it will be charged @ $42.00 per 100kg documented at the waste facility.

6. Exclusions to skip bins below. Additional charges will apply if any of these items are included.

a. Asbestos (see additional points below)

b. Contaminated building products, contaminated soil or the like

c. Liquids or flammable products of any type

d. Food waste, sanitary products or medical waste

e. Pressure vessels such as gas bottles or fire extinguishers

f. Tyres/rubber belting of any nature (unless pre organised and quoted)

g. Batteries

7. Any asbestos found in your skip bin at the disposal facility will incur a reload fee of $450 immediately and subsequent charges for transport and disposals of asbestos contaminated materials. (this will be on top of Bin Fee already paid) Budget Skip Bins reserves the right to return this contaminated skip bin back to your site.

8. Transport responsibilities are to kerb side only. It is at the request and responsibility of the hirer to allow site specific access requirements from thereon in such as protection of surfaces, grass, properties, traffic control and the like. The hirer will indemnify budget skip bins for any damages or fines incurred due to the bins needing of position.

9. Any damage to, or loss of skip bins onsite is the responsibility of the hirer and will be charged accordingly.

10. Fires in bins are prohibited and will incur fees and charges. The bin will be considered out of use, sand blasted and painted to the hirers cost.

11. Strictly all bins are to be filled to the top of bin only. Fees and charges will apply for overloaded bins.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER WE DO NOT ACCEPT

ASBESTOS, LIQUIDS, RADIOACTIVE WASTE, FOOD WASTE, FLAMMABLE MATERIAL, MEDICAL WASTE, HAZARDOUS MATERIAL, FLOURECENT TUBES/BULBS.
